Dropped my 09 VW GTI off on July 3rd for a driver-side headlight issue (no output on either low or high beam). I understand it was a holiday weekend, so I don't fault them for the initial delay, but even accounting for that, I was never able to actually talk to a technician throughout the process. It felt like communication was entirely routed through their automated point-of-sale/texting system rather than a real conversation with anyone who understood the car. Paid ~$350 for diagnostics, but they never actually tested the part that turned out to be the problem (the headlight control module). After the diagnostic fee, they told me that if the body control module was bad (Apparently unable to test as part of my diagnostic fee?), it would be an additional $800-900 and a 2-week turnaround to send it out for repair. So roughtly 3 weeks total from drop-off, with the car un-drivable and sitting at the shop that entire time. I decided to eat my deposit and pull the car instead. Took it to another shop, and between their diagnostics and the actual fix, total cost was $530 and I had the car back in ONE day. I can't recommend this shop based on this experience: no direct access to a technic

Trusted Mark and his team to pull the engine in my 911 Turbo and fix the coolant leak plus do a bunch of preventative maintenance at the same time. The pricing was very reasonable for an engine out service and they kept me informed along the way of parts needed and suggested corrective measures once the engine was out. 10/10 experience and would absolutely trust them with my car again. Been back in my hands for a couple weeks now and running strong with no leaks!

Excellent work done, and in a timely manner. Saved about $1500 over same quoted work at BMW dealership. Mare was terrific to work with and followed up w/ updates on progress, etc. Highly recommend. Will be bringing my other two German cars here.

Absolutely best trusting mechanics. When Audi diagnosed a problem and the mechanics at this shop rechecked my car in fact found out that wasn’t the issue in turn literally saved me 2k. Definitely recommend to everyone to trust their cars here. They are amazing and very thorough and reliable knowledgeable. Definitely will be my mechanic home for my Audi needs
